Joycelin utilises crutches to travel around Singapore due to her Cerebral Palsy. She has worked with clay since she was a teen, having utilised a range of air-dry varieties. For the past 7 years, she was trained to produce clay art for retail sales, in addition to teaching children and adults. Since joining ART:DIS in 2019, she progressed to the Artist In Training phase in April 2022.
